Why take online clarinet lessons?

Who do I teach?
I teach beginner group lessons and 1-1 lessons. I help beginner clarinet players play with confidence! If you’re a complete beginner, preparing for an upcoming concert or audition, or an adult who’s returning to the clarinet after decades of time away from it- I’m here for you.
My approach allows you to make fast progress while ensuring you develop a strong playing foundation and tackle the small details with ease. My students consistently receive top placement in Solo and Ensemble and All State auditions and have been accepted to various music programs including the All American D-Day Band 2023, Juilliard Music Advancement Program, LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts and Milwaukee High School of the Arts. I’ve been commended many times by various organizations for my high student retention rate.

Lesson Subscription Packages
Below are the different lesson subscription packages I offer, giving you several packages to choose from based on what your goals are. Lessons are taught on Zoom. I offer a free consultation prior to signing up.
Online Group Clarinet Lessons
For Ages 9-14 (grades 4-9) Learn alongside 3-5 other clarinet players! Sign up is for 2 months at a time, we get together once a week for 30 minutes. *Important: Be sure to fill out the form below to ADD YOURSELF to a specific group class. Once at least 3 students have signed up for the group class you’re interested in, you will get a message about the class getting started!
Group lessons are perfect for:
🎶 students that are starting band next year
🎶 students that are in beginning band but feel their band class is moving too slow
🎶 students looking to supplement and amplify their clarinet skills in an instrument specific group setting
🎶 homeschool families looking to enroll their children in music classes with other children
The chalumeau package are group lessons for complete beginner players. You are a complete beginner if:
🎶You just got your clarinet and have no idea how to put the instrument together, how to hold it, or produce a sound
The clarion package are group lessons for beginner/intermediate players. You are a beginner/intermediate if:
🎶You have some basic down like putting the clarinet together, holding the clarinet, and can make a sound
🎶You can play notes in the lower register and can read music on the staff
🎶You can play a couple of Major scales
1-1 Online Clarinet Lessons
I offer a limited amount of private lesson spots to students who are ready for this type of learning setting.
The single reed is a 1-1 private lesson package. Sign up is for 3 months of weekly 30 minute lessons.
The altissimo package is a 1-1 private lesson package that signs you up for 1 month of THREE weekly 30 minute lessons. This package is great for those who are looking to make fast improvements, have an upcoming audition, or just want to get more one-on-one feedback per week.
The Asynchronous Lessons package is a 1-1 private lesson package that signs you up for 1 month of weekly lessons that are all done through sending recorded videos back and forth! Great for students who still want to get feedback from a teacher, but can’t commit to live lessons. Or perfect for students who want extra attention throughout the week before their next live lesson.
