I love teaching! Passing on the knowledge of how to create music through the clarinet to a younger generation really moves me. It’s a way to continue to keep alive the very human ability of playing music.
I’ve been teaching for 20+ years in so many settings, both in-person and online. I started teaching online around 2017 and one of the platforms I’ve provided lessons through has named me their “Clarinet Teacher of the Year” for the past 7 years in a row!
Communication with the students and families I work alongside with is one of the most important things to me. We are creating something together, so communication is imperative.
